Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to the One76 Studio Credit – New Year Bonus offer (“Promotion”). By purchasing a studio credit under this Promotion, you agree to the following:
1. Promotion Overview
The Promotion provides 50% bonus studio hours added to eligible studio credit purchases.Bonus hours are included upfront in the issued studio credit. This is a limited-time New Year offer and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
2. Studio Credit Structure
Studio credits are issued as time-based credit, not as a confirmed booking.
Credits may be redeemed:
- In a single booking, or
- Across multiple bookings, subject to availability.
Credits must be redeemed within the stated validity period.
3. Bonus Hours
Bonus hours are applied once per purchased credit.
Bonus hours:
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- Cannot be transferred to another voucher or promotion
Bonus hours hold no standalone monetary value.
4. Validity & Expiry
Studio credits expire May 31st, 2026. Unused credit (including bonus hours) is forfeited after expiry. Expiry extensions will not be granted, except where required by law.
5. Booking & Usage
Bookings are subject to studio availability. Studio access begins strictly at the booked start time. Standard One76 Studio booking rules, usage guidelines, and studio etiquette apply at all times. Credits may be applied only to standard studio hire unless otherwise stated.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Studio credits purchased under this Promotion are non-refundable. Credits are not redeemable for cash or credit card refunds. If a booking made using studio credit is cancelled in accordance with One76’s cancellation policy, the credited hours will be returned to the customer’s balance (provided the credit has not expired).
7. Transferability
Studio credits are transferable to another party with prior written notice to One76 Studio. One76 reserves the right to request confirmation of transfer details.
8. Combining Offers
This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion, or offer unless explicitly stated. One76 reserves the right to refuse stacking of promotions.
9. General
One76 Studio reserves the right to:
- Amend these Terms & Conditions at any time
- Cancel or suspend the Promotion if required
Any suspected misuse or abuse of studio credits may result in cancellation without refund.
