1. Liability & Insurance: Renters are required to have liability insurance covering all activities during the rental period. The studio is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or property damage that may occur during the rental.
2. Damages: The renter is fully responsible for any damage to the premises, equipment, or furnishings during the rental. Costs for repairs or replacements will be charged to the renter based on the studio’s assessment.
3. Cleaning & Repainting: If the cyclorama is left in a condition that cannot be restored through standard cleaning methods (e.g. mopping), a repainting fee of $200 + GST will be applied.
4. Use of Space: The studio must be left in the same condition as it was before the rental period began. No excessive use of paint, tape, or sharp objects is allowed on the cyclorama wall to avoid damage.
5. Prohibited Activities: Smoking, alcohol consumption, parties, and the use of candles, fire, or open flames are not permitted on the premises.
6. Bringing in Vehicles or Machinery: The renter must notify the studio and receive prior approval if any vehicles (such as cars, caravans) or heavy equipment will be brought into the studio.
7. Filming & Photography of Minors: Any filming or photography involving minors requires written consent from a legal guardian.
8. Noise Levels: Although the studio maintains a quiet environment, it is not a soundproof facility, and complete silence cannot be guaranteed.
9. Overtime: An overtime fee of $180 + GST per hour will be charged for any time exceeding 6 PM.
10. Promotions & Discounts: First-time client promotions are valid for new bookings only, and cancellations or rescheduling are not allowed. Promotions of any kind cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. The current first-time client promotion expires on December 31, 2025.
11. Payment Terms:
Full Payment Required Before Studio Use – All invoices must be paid in full before your scheduled studio session. Access to the studio will not be granted until payment has been received.
Late or Unpaid Invoices – If an invoice is not paid by the due date, your booking will be automatically canceled.
Cancellations & Booking Changes – Any cancellations or changes to your booking must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival. If notice is not provided within this timeframe, payments will be non-refundable.
